Vlan to lan access

Hello everyone 

I am new to sophos. I have update the sophos xg 85 firewall in my office.I want to create the VLAN to port 1  and also internet access to vlan network.Along with the internet I want to communicate between the lan and vlan network. Please help me to setup the network.

    Utsav,

    if you want to use the same port for multiple networks, you need to create VLANs on that. You need a layer 2 switch where you can create multiple VLAN and attach each cable to the proper port. Once the VLAN are created on the switch, you can use your XG as a router on the stick and allow traffic communication from one vlan to another.

    You need to have knowledges on VLAN before you can create and manage them on your XG.
