System sudden freeze no cpu and memory usage but still working

Every 4-5 days the XG Firewall suddenly stops working and you cannot also have access to the Web Interface. At this time the system is not accessible through the web interface, it is not delivering any service but you can ping it and it is also recording logs as it appears on the attached image. The system gets back online after a hard reset only.

    My experience indicates that a process is stuck, but usually recovers after about 10 minutes.

    Maybe your external link is failing, looks don't show this if it is a long time event eg doesn't appear to get written.

    How much memory do you have in the XG? Is this a home or business XG?
