Duplicate Entry Not Allowed Error

Has anyone seen this error?

    Issue will be fixed in SFM v17.1 GA version. 

    PM me the output of below  db queries from advanse shell of SFM.

    1. Connect the DB using below command

    psql -U nobody -d ccc -p 5433

    2. Run the below command and provide output of below queries. 

    select * from tblappliance;

    select * from act1.tblcccuserappliancemapping ;

    Please also provide the serial number for which you are getting  "Duplicate Entry Not Allowed Error" error.

    Pls view the attach file for output => just 1 device at this time stuck at duplicate status.

    I have another issue with SFM when add device to SFM:

    - The column Sync & Conn is grey and notice is "Incompatible" and have the log event like below:

    => the issue I can add device to SFM but cannot sync, I have try with 2 HA pair device and have the same error.

    => the version of SophosXG is SFOS 17.0.8-MR8

    Issue still there in SFM v17.0 GA release.
