PPPoE (UK BT INFINTY) Wan Link Manager status RED.

Hi,

I have a fresh install of XG Firewall Home with PPPoE connected to a BT Openreach box. Everything going out works fine. My WAN Link Manager status is RED. Sorry I am really have no idea where to start. The Logs are showing normal. This is a new bit of kit for me and I really am struggling with.

 

Any idea's?

    Does the status only go green when the PPPoE given replies to a ping? Because I cannot ping the gateway: 172.16.10.137? Is that BT's gateway seams wrong? It's what I get from the both the bridge routers. I tried a TPLINK TD-9970 same problem tonight. 

     

    Also this is a VM on Hyper-v.
