Hi There
Need some assistance with email logs and troubleshooting reasons why emails are failing to get through.
This is an example of a bounce back for a mail one of our user gets when replying to an email.
From: mailer-daemon@ [mailto:mailer-daemon@
Sent: Monday, 30 January 2017 1:08 PM
To: User
Subject: Delivery Failure Notification
Sophos Firewall was unable to send the following mail:
----------------------
From: User
MessageID: @exchange
Sent on: 2017-01-30 13:06:30
Mail delivery to following recipients failed:
----------------------(No recipients??)
Now the mail logs just say Bounced with a To and From field.
When I try sending to the user it goes straight to the queue and says failed. No other information. I dont even know where to start, if its our side or theirs.
How do I find out why?
