Access AFP Shares over SSL VPN possible?

Another short VPN Question for the Sophos Community:

I played the last days with the different VPN configs that the XG provided

Is it possible to Access AFP shares over SSL VPN?

i didnt managed to reach them yet...

    N1ete,

    all the protocols can be accessed if the proper Firewall rule is opened. Make sure a VPN to LAN with any service is created and allow traffic.

    If it does not work, LAN TO VPN and let us know.

    Use firewall logs od drop-packet-caputure "host x.x.x.x" and share the logs.

    thanks for the reply, getting more and more into gui configuration of an firewall!

     

    i added the LAN to VPN Route and have to wait now for an response if this is working....

     

    is ist possible that i can download the ssl config from the admin panel aswell? or do i have to logon into the user portal?

    N1ete,

    the answer is not. Every user has its own Certificate and when you install the client on the user machine, the SSL Client will install the required package and its own certificate.

    If you try to use User A client while connecting with User B credential, the login will fail.

    So each must download its own client from user portal.
