I just have the default outgoing rule, plus a business application rule to forward all incoming traffic through to the next firewall.

Strange! Did you enable the HTTPS previously?

You can try to restart the Tomcat from advanced shell (option 5 > option 3) and type "service tomcat:restart -dsnosync.

Also make sure that Patterns are correctly updated too, under Backup & Firmware > Patterns.

I think I did enable the https scanning for a few minutes at one time. I will restart the tomcat service and report back. The patterns said they were all recent and successful.

Hi Paul,

I don't think HTTPS scanning is causing the issue. I see Application Filter policy defined in the default rule. Make sure it has Micro-App Scanning unchecked which could cause the same behavior.

Micro App Scanning was already disabled. i restarted the tomcat service, (actually restarted the whole darn thing last night), and sent an email to one of the staff asking if the symptoms are gone.

Let us know if the issue persists. Check #1 in my guide and do a packetcapture. Show me picture of the Rule ID that forwards the traffic. Alongside, clear the cache from the Web Browser in the mobile phone.
