When trying to initial an RDP session from the user portal, to a 2012R2 server or a 2016 RDS server, whether configured for RDP or TLS,I receive the following error:
Error: Protocol Security Negotiation Failure.
I can't find anything in the logs to lead me anywhere, and would like to get this resolved. Any suggestions?

By the way, I have no trouble using the Microsoft Remote Desktop cleint when logging into these devices.

i tried to connect to a Windows workstation (Windows 7 64 Bit) over RDP from the user portal with enabled TLS option and receiving the same error:
Error: Protocol Security Negotiation Failure.
The remote desktop settings are:
When i connect to a Windows Server 2012 it works fine!
