WAF on XG Firewall fail when HA is operating

The tests performed have been on hardware SG230 and with the versions of operating system SFOS 16.01.2 and SFOS 16.05.0 GA.


I complete all the steps indicated in this guide - community.sophos.com/.../123174 - the task completes correctly (see image below) and all the features are operative, unfortunately all the configured WAFs Are unusable, even with the restart of this service.

There is information related to a bug or something?

 

PD: Another problem that may be related, is a non-HA environment where the hardware is an XG450 with SFOS 16.01.2 operating system in which the WAFs randomly stop working and the only way to get them running is to restart the service.

    Notum,

    both Appliances must be exactly the same model and same OS version, so make sure they match.

    Also I advice you to delete the HA, reset the slave device, check that the master is working properly and then rebuild the cluster again.

    If it does not work, open a ticket with the Support.

    Thanks for your answer,

    I did everything you mentioned, first with version 16.01.02 and then with both appliances in version 16.05.0. In both cases it was exactly the same issue.
