Notification service doesn't work

Yes, you can use external mail server (I am using an external email server and it works).

For scanning outbound email, use Businees Application Rule (Email template) and enable SMTP scan on the firewall rule. Here the KB:

If you are using the XG in Legacy Mode the above KB works. If you are using XG as MTA, use this KB:

Thanks for your answer. 

I've tried to use my external E-Mail Server with SSL authentication .. But it doesn't work.  In System Log of the XG Firewall I only see "Fail to send mail:" .. Is it possible to get more Information about this error message?

The Login of the authentication ist correct. 

Do you have an idea ?
