2 ipsec VPN connections working but no VPN reports

Hi All,

XG firewall with 2 x IPSEC connections working.

I can access resources either side and monitor them however there are no VPN reports on the reports page.   This is also the case for active threat protection.

There was an issue where the main dashboard was not reporting allowed applications but this was resolved by rebooting the firewall.

I've switched off/on all the features for logging and reporting but still no VPN reports.

I do see VPN activity in applications & web under reporting but nothing under the VPN report page. 

Anyone know any tweaks, quick fixed to get the VPN reports working?

    Jeff,

    I am sure you enabled the Logging on the Firewall rules (LAN to VPN and VPN to LAN). Is the traffic correcly logged inside the Log Viewer?

    You can also try to rebuild the Reporting from console (you will lose all reports).

    The other option is to open a ticket with Sophos Support.

    Yes logging options are switched on, I will check with regards to rebuilding the reports via console.  

    Looking at the log files in advance console shows.

    VPN log file = 0k

    VPN rules logs = 23.5k 

    IPSEC = 5.2M

     

    Opening my first ticket.
