Slowness on the internet and vpn

Friends, I realize that internet access is quite slow through Sophos XG, when a machine connects on Windows Update to download its updates, it compromises the internet bandwidth making the traffic very low for everyone (slightly more than 30 users ) On my internal network, the traffic through the VPN network also realized that it is compromised. I read a while ago, that a configuration can be done in Sophos that will make it an upgrade in Internet access, the internet access is faster, can anyone help me ???

The internet connection is limited to 710 KB and does not pass, as if there was a bandwidth configured in a rule !!!

    Hi Carlos,

    If you're on v16, you can resolve by doing the following:

    Disable Anti-Virus Scanning for Windows 10 clients by using the option below
    • WebAdmin --> Protect --> Web --> Exceptions --> Microsoft Windows Update --> Set to "ON"

    Sachingurung I mentioned Windows Update only as one of the cases that happens slow, I saw that some people also posted the same difficulty I'm going through, and one of the solutions was to return to the previous version of the current v16. The problem I am facing is generally, internet access seems to suffer from a bandwidth limit, but there is no bandwidth configuration of interner traffic enabled.
