Cannot update firmware to 16.05.0GA on Home License

Hello, 

I upgraded to 16.05.0GA on my XG210 using the GPG file for my office, but I am trying to do the same using the Hyper-V GPG file for home XG Home License. When trying to apply the update I get a generic error that says "New Firmware could not be uploaded. Please refer to online help for possible reasons". I spoke to support and they ran into the same issue when trying to apply the firmware and since it didn't work for them, I couldn't be helped.

    I usually use the software ISO for my virtual installs and allocate whats needed hardware wise instead of sophos dictating that for me since I didn't notice any additional hyper-v drivers in the hyper-v installer. As nobody else seems to have any problems with the upgrade, I would assume its something to do with your install. 

    Did your firewall download the update or did you manually download the file yourself? If everything else fails, start with a new install and import the backup as you have limited support options with a home license[:(]
