STAS Current activity User ID changes from current user to STAS service account.

Hi community.. 

I have implemented SSO STAS using LDAP as AD wasn't reliable or had issues with authentication of sip clients. 

LDAP works and I can see registration of each user however when refreshing current activity page I see the username change from the user account to the service account.

For example :-

User ID 24 Bob logs into his PC using ip address 15.1.254.4

After a few minute or I refresh the current activity and see

User ID 24 "Stas service account name" ip address 15.1.254.4 

If I then ask the client to lock and log back on to there PC it switches back.

User ID 24 Bob 15.1.254.4 0kb

I think I may have problems with authentication methods which i will look into today but I thought i would put this out there to see if anyone else had experience the problem. 

Question :  SSO STAS configuration sync, is this between agent or xg and agents as i'm unable to sync config between agents.
