I setup an Exchange General rule and it has all of the paths. I configured these to work for OWA and Activesync, then removed the others I didn't need. However what does the authentication field do within each path? The default options are Basic and Forms and I don't know what they do. I think I swapped between both and noticed it redirected my OWA login screen to a Sophos one. Does it just add an extra layer of authentication? By selecting None are you simply relying on your AD authentication?
