Upstream Proxy - Username text field not allowing to use hyphens and limited to 50 characters

I am just trying to setup a upstream proxy with a provider. The username contain hyphens, for example lum-customer-CUSTOMER-zone-YOURZONE-country-af and the total length will be 46 to 60.

How can I configure the upstream proxy? please help

Hi Riyas,

Could you provide the snap of the location and the error you are getting while adding a User ?

Are you setting PPPOE WAN interface ?

Adding a user for authentication purpose ?

Still not working. if an user got a dot in the username it shows the same error. Please Sophos get this as a bug! Thanks.
