Problem on default rule

Dear All,

I have a problem with one rule present on the firewall of my customer.

After the update to the last release of the firmware the name of the rule with id: 1 (rule created with the Wizard procedure) became "null" and now it's impossible to modify/delete the rule.

Editing the rule, the field "name" is blank, if i fill it with some value and try to save the data I have no response from the page.


There is  way to rename/delete/modify that rule without reset the appliance?

  • Antonio if flushing the report did not work, you can always reset to factory default using the console.

    Strange that your configuration does not work!

    I am not sure if there is a bug on firewall rules using MAC address. Can you try to create local users on XG and use one of them throug captive portal?

    Create a user rule that matches and let us know.
