my XG 125 got hang too many times

XG 125 got hang too many times, what happened is the followings: 

1- can't access it by the web or by telnet, it asks for username and password then after entering both nothing happened. 

2- users can access the internet without any issue for firewall policy working fine

3- all VPN site to site down  

4- users can't log in from outside using any kind of VPN, (open VPN or SSL or IPSec ) 

5- I can log in by SSH by restarting option not happened.

6- the only way to fix, by hard restart

    That is a high priority issue which should be consulted immediately with your Sophos Partner. Raise a support case or get the issues investigated via partner. The reason behind this is we can help you virtually  one question per thread but, in your case, the criticality seems high and need a direct communication and a private session.

    It would seem wise to contact customer service for us to take a look at your device via remote , We would advise you to coordinate with a partner and arrange a console connection to your local PC .
