Problem with VOIP in sophos XG SFOS 16.01.2

We have Sophos SG105 (SFOS 16.01.2) in our office. recently we are facing problem in VOIP devices. Voice quality is very bad. We are using Skype and vonage devices for our work.

 

Please suggest what should we do to over come this problem.

    Have you been able to resolve this, just saw this older post?  We have a couple of SG-85's (XG OS) running the latest OS that are working very well.

    We simply created a VLAN to separate the traffic and applied traffic shaping to the rules
