you can create an URL Group under Web, add that url group inside a Web Policy where the action is allowed and block the sites that must be blocked.

If you are not able to block it, share the screenshots of what you have done.

I try to add a URL to the URL group and this is what happens
the URL I'm adding is www.facebook.com/dfaphl/
this is the only facebook page that the employees can access

You are on v15.  The latest is v16.05

I recall that once of the things we fixed was some validation on this screen.  Off the top of my head I don't remember - and I don't have a v15 box to play with.  You may need to experiment - set the URL Group Name to something simple "Allow this facebook" and try playing with maybe adding http:// to the "URLs"

However, a better solution would be to upgrade to the latest.

I tried it sir, but it still didn't work. It just accepts www.facebook.com

Updating is a no no because it would cause a downtime.

on v16 you can use Regex filters, block the facebook and allow only the specific rule under Exceptions.

Update to v16 to override this limitation.
