Greetings all,
I've got a brand new xg 85 and I am attempting to set it up for my home network. I did the initial configuration but I don't have network connectivity on my lan. As well, I can't access the admin console via the manual gateway 172.16.16.16:4444. I tried hitting the reset button on the back of the device but, this didn't reset it to factory. As well, I reset my modem with no luck. This is a first time setup for me. I'd appreciate any help offered.
