There is a Registry where we can see the Status of the Wan interface in sophos firewall XG?

Christian,

you can see the status of your interface using the "ifconfig" inside the cli > Option5 > Option 3

Thanks for answering.

We need a Log to see the Uplink Status along the time, example:

in one month the wan interface gets down three times or something like that

there is any option or Log to see this?

Hi Christian,

trying to use the XG logs is a waste of time, they are reset at every restart. The best thing I could recommend at this stage is to keep a log of the emails that you receive.

The issue I have with the failing external interface is alot of the time it never actually happens, so you need to setup some independent testing and reporting procedures.
