How to make Port forward sophos 16

Check out https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/122976. Especially step 7.

What system did you have in place before the UTM? You may be able to see what rules where in place for Blue Iris.

Are you using externalIP:8888 to connect?

external ip on port 81,the port is not the problem cuz i configured the port in the first time to 81 but not work.

i never use firewall before,the external ip works without any firewalls

I am using sophos version 16 that is differs from  15,i changed the outbound to MASQ and gives me the ip address of the internal ip of sophos (LAN).

Note:I have two lines load balanced

I tried to test my configuration internally,I accessed the external ip from internal LAN and it is mapped to the internal ip,therefore mapping is correct as the test from internal,there is a problem during access from the WAN :(
