Is there a procedure to request the addition of application pl ?

The list does not seem to be updated regulary, if at all.

You can always block the streaming media site at the firewall level, or use a GPO to block the app ( http://windowsitpro.com/windows/how-do-i-use-group-policy-block-specific-application ).

You can ask for an Application Control Pattern via Ticket at Sophos. By my own expirience it will be very unlikely, sophos will create an Application Control especially for you... 

You can also do a Request via ideas.sophos.com what has the same impact :)

There are two ways to get an application signature developed.

1. Ask support to raise a IPS Lab request for the custom application.

2. Raise it as a requirement here and try to get as many votes on it.
