Where can i get clientbundle.tar?

What file do you get?

It might be auto-extracting, do you have the clientbundle folder?

I am getting a file with a .ovpn extension with all the certificates needed for the connection. I never get the clientbundle folder or tar file.

Not sure why you are getting the ovpn rather than tar file, seems like its getting OpenVPN rather than TunnelBlick settings,

You can convert the file with these instructiosn though: https://tunnelblick.net/cConfigT.html#converting-openvpn-configurations-to-tunnelblick-vpn-configurations

You can just take that opvn file and drag it right into the tunnelblick application and it will add it for you.  From there you can go into Tunnelblick and rename it something more relevant.  I can post screenshots if needed.
