I do not have access to the interface I tried with PuTTY

Hello

After setting up Sophos OS update, no access is available. I tried putty with 172.16.16.16 ip after the experiment and again I could not provide access.

    Hi Deniz,

    As lferrara suggested, connecting CR with console cable and switching the appliance ON will give you CR LOADER on putty. Plug the console cable to XG and load Putty over serial and define the BAUD speed at 9600/38400. Verify the COM port used by system management of the windows pc.

    When you turn ON the appliance press Enter repeatedly which will load the Sophos Loader page. I am not sure if the appliance is upgraded or still on the CR OS. Please post screenshots.
