I do not have access to the interface I tried with PuTTY

Hello

After setting up Sophos OS update, no access is available. I tried putty with 172.16.16.16 ip after the experiment and again I could not provide access.

    Deniz,

    Console should be available by connecting a VGA cable to the appliance or using the console if you are in a virtual environment. Make sure you configure your PC with an IP in the same class.

    Are you able to ping 172.16.16.16?
