My current user has no "Logs and Reports" access.
So, when I clicked or check "Reports" and "Log Viewer", I suppose to receive a "Denied Message" instead a circle like loading is showing
But I got notified when I access this: 
Is this a bug for this current version? Would this problem disappear if I upgrade to 16.01.2?
