Issues With VOIP Cloud based phone service Onsip and Sophos XG 115

Got a new Sophos XG 115 and we use the company Onsip for Cloud Voip phone.   Works perfectly with any other routers/firewalls but unable to get to work correctly with this Sophos unit.  I have talked to support and waiting for return from engineer for more assistant.  Just curious if anyone else out there using Onsip with a Sophos appliance.  I have aloud the firewall rules for Onsip servers, Disabled SIP ALG as recommended, Set the UDP timeout to 120secs, and all recommend settings and I can make calls perfectly fine but when receiving them I am unable to hear anyone on the other line.
