Deleted LAN FW rules, how to restore?

you cannot revert a single firewall rule. You can upload a previous backup configuration (if you created one) and then reapply it.

Had just installed and not backed-up...

What about a method to trigger an initial re-configuration or firstboot, w/o doing a full install?

if you delete the firewall rule, simple recreate it. Why do you want to reinstall the SW entirely?

Go into console and choose option 5 > 1 (device management > reset to factory defaults). This will revert back to original configuration and your firewall will still be registered. Keep in mind that this will also change the LAN IP address to the default address if you had made any changes. I think this is what you are asking?

I don't have a good understanding of the firewall rules required for the base LAN.

Are they listed somewhere for reference? Cookbook-recipe, template?

Resetting factory defaults worked well to rebuild the initial config.

Looking at the process I likely could have just picked user LAN access and gotten the same result as Luk suggested.

Since this is my first time working with Sophos, this puts me back to clean install.
