Initial HA configuration impact on network

Hi everebody, i have two xg 310 Boxes and i will implement HA Active-Passive, my question is, will my network stop in order to Sophos configure the HA mode or it is completley transparent? Just that and thanks a lot in advance

    Hi Alexander, 

    Check #7 in my guide here for HA prerequisites. When the HA deployment process starts Auxilliary appliance will fetch configurations from the primary appliance after the sanity checks. When the configuration sync starts on the auxiliary appliance, a freeze message is sent to the primary appliance where no configuration changes are allowed. I would suggest a minimum downtime of one hour for HA deployment as if the HA process fails I do not wish that your network has to experience an unexpected halt.
