Appliance SSL Certificate: it should be available even through User Portal

I have enabled

HTTPS decrypt and scan on an entire network and now the mobile have problem to download the certificate. I have shared the Certificate using an internal website because under User Portal,

the certificate is not available (it was on UTM9). Please make sure to create a proper area inside the User Portal where users can download the CA for SSL Scanning.
