How to block proxy apps & web

I have blocked proxy sites and apps from web and app filter but some one still using proxy apps as freegate and ultrasurf that can access the blocked sites easily,i tried and downloaded freegate proxy then i saw that it actually stops the firewall and access the blocked sites !!

Help plz !

Alaa,

check:

how those traffic is categorazied as Application from the Application filter

make sure to block both Anonymizer using both "Application" and "Web" filters

Make sure no other LAN to WAN where any as services is allowed

Share your Firewall rules.

My settings

Note: ultrasurf proxy failed to connect to the server and blocked while freegate sometimes blocked and sometimes pass easily
