Sophos cyberoama transition.

Hi cyberoam cr25 ing user I have updated sophosa. I could not reset it when I wanted to reset it. Can I go back to Cyberoam os all the way to try again?

Deniz,

upgrading Cyberoam OS to XG is like an inline upgrade so you can rollback iniside the XG Firmware tab. See the folloing guide to get more information:

You have 30 days trial license and then you decide. You can also install from scratch the XG Firmare image but you cannot import the configuration saved with Cyberoam OS.

Hi Deniz,

You need to contact Support on this requirement who can manually guide you to install the Cyberoam OS.

I guess his requirement is to migrate back to Cyberoam.
