After Enabling HTTPS decrypt and scan websites are processed but no web page is coming ,Already installed Certificate in client

Hi All, 
 The issue got solved , AV engine for scanning is selected as Sophos while iam checking the pattern updates sophos av updates failed then i changed the AV to Avira 
 Then the issue solved

 By any chance are you using Internet explorer , Could you check on Google Chrome and Mozilla ?
