Cannot remote a different network for SSL VPN

Question

I want to ask I have a SSL VPN configuration, VPN when I'm connected, I can connect to the Internet. But can not remote device that I want 
 configuration: Range For VPN = 10.10.20.20 - 10.10.20.50 WAN = port2 36.67.51.6 Fortigate (that i want remote) = Port1 10.10.20.1 (Fortigate IP 10.10.20.10) 
 What rules should I add

Zul, 
 even if the tunnel is established, firewall rules are needed to filter traffic inside the tunnel. 
 If you try to access a remote device, inside the Firewall logs you will see that traffic is blocked.
