Iam using a Sophos XG 16 .0 Virtual appliance but the web filter dosent seems working

On the right top click on log viewer and on the other page choose web filter, navigate and post the logs.  See if the category appears.

category Coming as None but the web sites iam tested is wll known sites ,In the policy Online shopping is blocked but online shopping sites are opening

what version of XG are you using? On the latest one (16.05 RC1) there is an issue with web filtering.

 Version is SFOS 16.01.2. All websites are coming under None category so webfilter is not working but application filter is working fine 

Uhm. Maybe some pattern broke the engine. We need to wait from an official answer from Sophos.

I hope that sachingurung or Aditya Patel can update us.

An update:

Today an IPS update has been released: 3.13.17, but the web filter still did not work, so I reboot the XG and now categorization is working.

However www.sophos.com website is not categorized, why?

Thats may be due to Exclusion ,Iam using sophos xg hyper-v virtual appliance after restarting still its not working
