CR15ing to SFOS cannot upgrade

Hello,

i'm having an issue trying to upgrade a CR15ing to SFOS, first i've updated it to latest cyberoam FW which is 10.6.4 MR-1, so i proceeded to do the upgrade on the portal and the mysophos portal makes me download HW-SFOS_16.01.2.SF110-222.gpg, when i try to upload it it says "New Firmware could not be uploaded. Please refer online help for possible reasons." after scouring the web i found a obscure SFOS v16 beta KB that says that for the CR15 i needed HW-SFOS_16.01.0.SF110-144.gpg so i uploaded and SAME error.

in the dashboard if i check for upgrades it says none available and i don't have any SFOS upgrade on the alerts

    Please check with your partner the limitation on why the update is not available.

    Otherwise open a ticket with cyberoam support. You cannot upgrade to XG directly but the update needs to be displayed on cyberoam ui. I am not sure if you can upload the gpg package inside cyberoam os.
