Mail delivery failure. Could not connect to Anti-Virus Service.

I am getting some mail failure when trying to send messages using XG as smarthost for my Exchange

in the Mail spool/logs I get failed (of course without explaining why the message was not delivered -_-)

When tail awarrensmtp.log I get the following logs

ERROR     Dec 21 21:21:20 [0x2000022f]: read_client_hello: recv() failed for Resource temporarily unavailable.
ERROR     Dec 21 21:21:20 [0x2000022f]: Still didn't get enough data to read client hello
ERROR     Dec 21 21:21:23 [3876047680]: client_reader(): read failed, got /tmp/av.sock send close signal
ERROR     Dec 21 21:21:25 [3876047680]: scan_file_for_virus(): connect_to_av_server() failed
ERROR     Dec 21 21:21:25 [0x20000231]: VirusScan: Failed for Session 20000231
ERROR     Dec 21 21:21:25 [3876047680]: insert_reason_for_action: REASON : Mail delivery failure. Could not connect to Anti-Virus Service.
ERROR     Dec 21 21:21:26 [3876047680]: insert_reason_for_action: REASON : Mail delivery failure. Could not connect to Anti-Virus Service.

Any idea why this is happening? When I configure Exchange to send directly to the internet it works fine

SFOS version is 16.01.2

    Well it seems that not only the messages are not delivered because of this,  also WAF is not working because of the same reason suddenly I cannot access website and the reason is antiviurs service failed :(, is it a bug or the engine is corrupted?
