Take SSH to XG and go to option 5. > 3. Advance Shell.

Execute, service tomcat:restart -ds nosync

I see the case is 2 days old and the customer had a call conversation on this. I will follow up with the engineer to call the shared contact by you. Meanwhile, can you show me a picture of the greyed button and also show me u2d.log file. 

To get the u2d log, SSH to XG and execute, and go to Advance Shell.

cd /log

cat u2d.log
