SSO Published RDS Farm requesting 2 logins via Captive Portal

Hi Everyone,

 

currently we are in the process of migrating our ISA + ASA build to Sophos XG.

I've got the SSO for webfiltering running and this is working fine.

 

But now we are trying to publish the RDS Farm and the OWA.
The publishing is OK and redirect me correctly.

But when I surf to the address, I get the Captive Portal requesting my details. After I enter them, a pop-up appears to request my credentials again.
After entering the credentials a second time (this time in the pop-up) it redirects me to the link behind the business rule.

Because we are setting this up parallel, I use the public IP address from the Sophos to test the publishing. So a certificate isn't applied. Could that be the issue or is there a setting I'm overlooking?

    Hi Jordy,

    Did you customize the Captive portal view? I suspect that is not Captive portal. Please share some screenshots of your configuration.

    The second pop-up you receive is NTLM authentication, make sure NTLM is not selected in Administration> Device access. Next, go to Authentication> Services> NTLM > uncheck- NTLM challenge redirect.
