Network rule set not to log still showing Web browsing logs, what might be causing this?

We have an HA pair of XG430s running 16.01.2 and have created a rule for public Internet access. We don't want to log every site a customer visits but despite unticking the log box it is still logging.

 As long as you have applied web filter on the firewall rule , it would continue to log the traffic . The check box for Log traffic is for logging the traffic usage which is displayed on the firewall rule itself. If you wish to allow the traffic for your guest users and not to log their traffic then you may need to set the Web filter policy as None.
