Ever since I upgraded to v16 I get the following errors when running freshclam:

It's DNS related as when I change my resolv.conf to use my ISP's DNS servers instead of the sophos XG IP address, the update goes through fine.
There is nothing in the Sophos logs and nothing reported when I run drop-packet-capture on the console.
I'm guessing something about the DNS queries that freshclam uses to check for the latest updates is not being passed on by the Sophos XG for some reason.
Anyone else have this issue?
