hotspot wit voucher doesn't appear

i just finish the configuration of my hotspot with voucher authetification for the guest but the portal doesn't appear and the guest go directly to internet

HI tedjini,

Did you configure Hotspot and interface of different Guest Host . Also While Creating the rules did you check on Match users identity.

thank yo for your reply , yes i do it , please check the image here , but it was working before upgrade to the new frimware :
