After Update to SFOS 16.01.2 access to our own Shop Web page ist nearly unuseable

We habe a Magento Shop and exactly after the Update its loading so extremly slow that we cant use it.

Most other pages seam to be normal.

Of cause this iy only ony compter behind the XG Firewall. Everything works fine if we connect a PC before the firewall.

In Firefox we could see that this

js/prototype/prototype.js

is loading so extremly slow. It takes several minutes to load.

 

I deactivated all Web Filters so far.

 

Please help...

    Daniel,

    make sure to apply a proper/custom IPS rule in order to not block the js.

    Are you using a Sophos XG appliance? Do you have a license for it?

    Because if the problem is the IPS engine itself (there are some performance issue), you need to open a ticket with support.
