Ok, I tested SIP (UDP 5060) with NMAP and it comes back as open. I test my RTP Rule (UDP 10000-20000) and it fails. See screenshots (IP's removed)

thanks for the screenshots. Did you check the ports from Outside to inside or inside to outside?

Your allow udp 5060 rule....has tcp instead of udp checkbox enabled

Good catch. That seemed to fix my problem. I am puzzled as to why I couldn't connect directly to RTP. I will do some more testing and let you know how I made out. Sophos support got me to unload SIP in the CLI, so I will load it and see if my problem comes back.

Thanks for the assistance. After correcting the TCP 5060 rule to a UDP 5060 rule, and unloaded the SIP module, everything started to function.
