Application Definitions - How to change them for reports

Good day,

I have been using this product for now new a few days and am trying to work out how to assign a server port to a traffic type? so when I look at a report I can quickly see that the traffic was for that server and not just unclassified and or in another application when it's connecting into the network to the server? 

to make this more clear:

Inbound server IP address 10.10.10.10 port 10 = Santa App

when people connect to that port I see some of the data on that port which is unclassified traffic and if someone is using a proxy server to connect through it shows as a risk and the report then seems to show different types of connections.

I would like to report on inbound traffic on a port with a name of the traffic I can classify
