VPN L2TP (16.01.2)

I created an L2TP VPN connection and it is not working.

Follow the steps below:

 - Configure -> VPN -> Show VPN Settings -> L2TP -> Enable L2TP
   Set Assign IP from addresses
   Set Primary and Secondary DNS Servers

 - L2TP Remote Access -> Add:
   Policy: tried Default Policy and DefaultL2TP
   Action: tried Respondy Only and Disable
   Authentication Type: tried Preshared Key and Digital Certificate
   Local WAN Port: tried Port2 and Port3
   Allow NAT Traversal: Enable
   Remote LAN Network: Any
   Local Port: 1701
   Remote Port: *

 - Firewall Rule:
   1 - Source Zone: VPN (Any) / Destination Zones: LAN (Any)
   2 - Source Zone: LAN (Any) / Destination Zones: VPN (Any)
   No Math users, Malware Scanning or User Applications prevention

When I try to connect, no log is generated in Log Viewer -> System

In the console, the show vpn L2TP-logs command displays:

xl2tpd[26710]: setsockopt recvref[22]: Protocol not available
xl2tpd[26710]: This binary does not support kernel L2TP.
xl2tpd[26710]: xl2tpd version xl2tpd-1.2.4 started on localhost PID:26710
xl2tpd[26710]: Written by Mark Spencer, Copyright (C) 1998, Adtran, Inc.
xl2tpd[26710]: Forked by Scott Balmos and David Stipp, (C) 2001
xl2tpd[26710]: Inherited by Jeff McAdams, (C) 2002

xl2tpd[26710]: Listening on IP address 0.0.0.0, port 1701

The last line does not show the IP configured in Local WAN Port ...

I've looked at all the questions in the forum about VPN and L2TP, but could not find anything that would help solve ...
