Hi to whom this concerns, I followed the prompts to set the account up also confused at the same time if this is for home use why is it asking for job title/role, company info and etc. I don't plan on using it for company use. I clicked on the link provided by Sophos automated email to activate the account with my provided personal (not company) email to create the Sophos id account once I was able to sign in to get to the download for xg firewall home edition the free tool for home use. I followed the next steps to download I was unable to due to the export related software prompt. Than I noticed with in the Sophos id account that it states I don't need to do any of this if I am using the free tools for home use (thru Sophos central?)in which the automated link provided by Sophos email did not take me to sign up for instead it took me to Sophos id account. Yes I am considerably confused on what to do next. If I definitely don't need the Sophos id account for the free tool please close the account. I am interested in the xg firewall home edition free tool for home use. Completely stumped on what I need to do from here.
