Avira update problem

i have some slowdown on my sophos XG and high CPU load (more than 12)

after digging on the advanced console, i find and taking a lot of CPU

 

and in my u2d.log i find the following information

how i can find why avira pattern update failed and how to solve this ?

    hi lferrara

    already try to move the pattern file

    i have check md5 and size of the pattern all is ok, but it's failed when i try to apply the update
